Villa Aphrodite is situated on the southwestern coast of Istria, with dazzling views of sea, on the area of more then 2000 sqm stands out from the rest of the market offer and with its every detail. The proposed basic concept of villa comprises of 4 floors with a total of 400 sqm of Gross Floor Area. Villa will be unique and personalized to suit the preferences of future owner. Equipping of the villa exclusively depends on the wishes of the owner, the possibilities are unlimited – from choice of first class materials, all the way to the unique furniture engraved with the initials of the owner, or the materials made by world famous designers.
On the ground floor there is the main entrance to the villa, next to whitch there are wardrobe and toilet. Further down the hall you are entering the beautifull illuminated two-level area whitch connects kitchen and dining room, on the one level, with great living room, on the lower level. Through big glassed walls you can exit on the summer terace or into the garden, all the way to the heated swimming pool.
Inner stairs lead you further through the villa, to the upper floors, as well as to the basement, where garage, heat station and laundry are situated.
On the first floor there are two comfortable bedrooms with balconies, bathroom and wellness area with solarium, sauna, hydro-massage tub and traning facilities, with an open view to green garden.
