NEW PROJECT OF EXCLUSIVE VILLAS ON THE CROATIAN COAST
Only a few kilometres from Pula, in the settlement of Vinkuran, on the very south of Istrian peninsula we are developing our new project, unique in two regards.
On the one hand, you are only a few minutes car drive away from the largest Istrian city- Pula. Highly developed traffic infrastucture as well as the variety of tourist resources of Pula and its wider surroundings, gives you plenty of easily accessible entertainment and relaxation opportunities.
On the other hand, Vinkuran is a small seaside place, isolated from the main tourist routes of daily mobility, which cause crowds and traffic jams. Vinkuran is situated directly on the coast line, a fact which makes it the ideal place for vacation and nature enjoyment.
The new construction project of seven luxury villas on the coast of the Croatian sea. We are planning a construction of 7 unique and completely equipped turn-key villas with open sea view.
The main characteristic of this project is the fact that each client can fully take part in the process of planning, building and equipping the villas, which indicates his authority to decide over every detail of the architectural planning and interior design, equipping the villas with final materials and furniture, circumstances eventually leading for client to become the owner of his dream home.
The initial price of the ready-to-use villas amounts to 2.500 €/sqm of the gross developed surface, while the final costs depend on the position of the building plot, the size of the villa, the type and number of the chosen built in materials and equipment.
The proposed project concept of the villa incorporates 4 floor levels, whereas in the basement, the garage parking lots, a central heating room, the rooms for the pool and panoramic elevator equipment, a laundry and a communication corridor are planned.
At the ground level we are proposing the construction of a guest suite, a sauna, a relax area, a bathroom, a wine cellar, an inside pool as well as the construction of an outside jacuzzi.
On the first floor resides the ’’heart of the villa’’. It is the place wherein the future tenants will spend the most of their time and where a spacious living room with terrace exit, as well as a bath, a kitchen with the dining room and a storage are situated.
The last floor will feature family bedrooms, two of which will be childrens’ bedrooms and the third a master bedroom with separated bathroom and furthermore with a terrace and a jacuzzi. An additional playing room and another bathroom are also planned.
Besides the planning, construction and equipping the villas with luxurious furniture and equipment, we also offer property management services. The term property management includes: cleaning and maintenance of the villa’s interior (regular ventilation, preparing for the arrival of the owner, etc.), cleaning and maintaining pools and gardens, help with finding necessary staff and supervision of the property. In addition, we offer a transportation service by luxurious cars to airports within the region and beyond, organizing catering and exclusive trips by yachts or shopping trips by plane.
