A new Parking House in Ljubljana

City Municipality of Ljubljana got a construction permit for building a Parking House underneath Ljubljana market place. When the works are to commence, will be officially known in Autumn after the negotiations with private partners will have ended,
Applications will be submitted in a public tender. Prior to this, an act on public-private partnership is required.  A  meeting on this particular matter will be held next Monday.
 

The sellers are affraid

The municipality will submit the land and the funds. Občina bo v projekt gradnje garaže in drugih predvidenih del vložila zemljišča in večinski del obstoječe Mahrove hiše, ki je v njeni lasti. A private partner is expected to finance the private part and the copnstruction of public part  as well.

The sellers  will be relocated, the promise that they will lower yearly reservations for market stalls.
